I'm Mani. I bring restaurant-quality food to your table in Den Haag.
Based in Den Haag, I cook for guests across the Netherlands — from Rotterdam and Utrecht to Amsterdam. Somewhere between a South Indian upbringing and a French culinary diploma, I developed a way of cooking that belongs to neither place entirely — and to both at once.
Every menu I design starts with a conversation. Your tastes, your occasion, your table. The rest is my job.
