Chef Mani — Private Dining
I was born in South India, on the shore of the Bay of Bengal. I trained in France. I now live in the Netherlands.
Somewhere between a South Indian upbringing and a French culinary diploma, I developed a way of cooking that belongs to neither place entirely — and to both at once.
Chez Mani is a private dining practice. I cook in your home, for small tables of up to six. The menus are seasonal, written to the occasion, and designed around the people in the room — not the other way around.
There are no set packages. No theatrics. Just considered cooking, served quietly. I would be glad to cook for you.
