Why private dining?

After years working in professional kitchens — Michelin-starred restaurants, hotel dining rooms, private clubs — I realized the most meaningful meals I'd ever been part of weren't the ones with the fanciest plating. They were the intimate ones. The ones where the host said "I can't believe this is happening in my living room." Now based in Den Haag, I bring that experience to homes across the Netherlands.

How I work

Every dinner starts with a conversation. I want to know what you're celebrating, who's coming, what they love to eat, and what would make the night feel special. From there I design a menu from scratch — no templates, no set packages that don't quite fit.

On the night itself, I arrive early, take over your kitchen, and disappear into the background between courses. By the time I leave, the kitchen is clean and your guests are full.

What I believe about food

Good food doesn't need to be complicated. It needs to be honest — made with the best ingredients, cooked with care, and served to people who are genuinely happy to be there. That's what I try to give every guest, every time.
